APC RALLY is not liable for the safety of a rider or guest when they are involved with one of our rides or using any of our equipment. Or the accuracy of the GPS map that has been provided. The client waives all rights to a financial claim against APC RALLY, JLH ADVERTISING PTY LTD or its owners.
