Refund policy

If a client pulls out prior 90 days to the start of the event they will have their deposit refunded except for a $50 admin fee. If they withdraw within 90 days to the start of the event they will receive a credit for another ride but not another refund.
With GPS gear and equipment no refunds will be provided once goods have been ordered.
